BIO
Anna Reeser’s short fiction is anthologized in The Best American Short Stories 2020, published in journals including Khôra, Fourteen Hills, The Masters Review, and CutBank, and featured on Lit Hub Radio’s Storybound podcast. She is an alum of the Kenyon Review Writers’ Workshops, the Tin House Winter Workshop, and the One Story Writing Circle. Her fiction draws from her background in visual art.
Anna holds a BA from UC Berkeley in English Literature and Art Practice and works as a copywriter and developmental editor. She has lived throughout California and the Pacific Northwest. She now lives an hour north of Los Angeles in her hometown of Ojai with her husband and kids.
She is currently drafting a novel and has completed a collection of short stories exploring the complex lives of people striving to make art.
